![]() ![]() He says valet guys might've done it while using the emergency brake. Again, I question how the brake cable could get damaged after I dropped the car off for repair. He said **** should have mentioned the brake cable was damaged. Once again, I called **** he said it's not the tie rod and also asked if **** told me anything else about the car when I initially picked it up the first time. I dropped the car off the night before and the next day another service advisor *****, called me and said the outer Tie Rod was damaged and had to be replaced. ![]() He finally called me back and said the earliest they can look at the car again (3rd time) was Monday May 1st. I asked to speak to the manager **** and had to leave several voice messages. I texted **** and she called me back and said she will have to charge me a diagnostic fee to see why the car is suddenly pulling to the left. I drive off again, and immediately notice problem is still there. I bring it back to service and they said they will tighten the suspension a bit more and it should be good. I agree and pick up the car when it's done and notice now the car is pulling to the left whenever I brake. She said they can return the suspension back to normal. I dropped the car on 4/18 for an oil change the Service Advisor **** called me and said the brakes were low and suggested that they also work on the suspension. It is unethical to do this to a customer that you could build a relationship with, and have them come back to get their service, but this place just tries to rob you at the first chance they get. I want a refund for this charge, I have offered to return these items that they claim I am paying for with this fee. On the quote going over numbers, it wasn't labeled as protection package either which can be confusing and they don't want you to question this and just tell you it is something you have to pay. These weren't things that were added onto the car for me, they were already there and they look for something on the car to charge this price for and make it up for all customers. But for these items they charge me $1295, is a scam and deceiving. Seeing it on my receipt, I assumed a protection package was for something to actually cover my car if it needed repairs so if it was actually useful and worth the money, no problem. keep in mind these items value at less than $100. I contact my rep and they tell me it is for these 3 things: door edge guards, wheel locks, and the license plate frame. Everyone I contact tries to give me the run around, offering no actual information. I try to contact someone to see what this covers, and what it is. After looking over my receipt after purchase, I and see the $1295 listed for a 'Protection Package 300C'. Sales person vaguely brushed over the fact of a 'mandatory' charge, there was no discussion of what this covered or what it was for. I did not want any additional packages or fees on my quote. ![]()
